Commenti : Votre hôtel pourrait avoir négocié un accord avec un parking pour bénéficier d'une sécurité d'avoir une place et une petite remise sur le prix du parking, cela améliorerait le service de votre hôtel vis à vis de vos clients

Commenti : Le personnel de l,hotel est tres aimable et pret a rendre service. Les chambres sont par contre tres petites.La situation géographique est excellente. Les petits déjeuners peuvent etre améliorés.

Commenti : Les chambres doubles pouraient etre un peu plus grande vu leurs dimensions je trouve que le prix de la nuit est un peu élevé.Le petit dejeuner est cher vu ceux qu'on nous sert.Dommage car l'hotel est bien placé est il est trés agréable à l'interieur.

Commenti : A very good boutique hotel. Located in a nice quiet area close to the metro station and shopping areas. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We only had the buffet breakfast one morning - and did come in about 10 minutes before it ended - however it was disappointing (easily remedied by visiting local bakeries instead). Overall - this was a very good hotel and we would recommend it to our friends.

le pain et les viennoiseries semblent etre des mets congelés; à 9h45, le plat de charcuterie est pratiquement vide, de plus l'accueil par l'hotesse est peu chaleureux, amabilité limite et service peu souriant.

Commenti : Must book earlier to take advantage of discounted room rate. At the rack rate the hotel is slightly on the expensive side. The staff is friendly and helpful though the night staff does not have a good command of English and gave us wrong information regarding our dinner reservation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
