Commenti : Points les plus positifs : Situation géographique. On peut se rendre à plusieurs endroits touristiques à pied, Champs Élysée (10 min. de marche), Galerie Lafayette, Opéra, au bord de la Seine. Propreté de l'hôtel et de la literie fort appréciée. Confort du lit aussi. Accueil et service très professionnels.

Commenti : Etant dans une chambre a coté de l'ascenseur nous avons été dérangés par les allez et venus et ce jusqu'a 4H du matin.De plus les femmes de ménages sont bruyantes.

Commenti : J'ai rencontré un petit problème"sanitaire",on m'a immédiatement proposé de changer de chambre. Le "petit souci a été réglé dans la journée. Grande disponibilité du personnel. Un petit bémol, manque de place pour ranger ses effets( j'étais dans une chambre sous les toits)Acceuil agréable, personnelsouriant. A recommander.

Commenti : Reception personnel was very helpful. But it was tough when its lift was outof order. We had to walk up to 6th floor!!!
It was nice to have a terrace in our room. Room was tiny for 2 person but the terrace was a big plus, especially during warm season.
Location was great. Could walk around easily. Several Metro station were close within 5 min.

Commenti : Bathroom was exceedingly small. Less a bath more a deep shower tray. Also as usual there's this asinine notice about the towels. If they're serious about saving the planet then why not offer a discount for reusing the towels - after all they're the ones saving on laundry costs. Why do we still have to fill in the registration fiche - surely that law ended years ago.

Commenti : Ubicación del hotel inmejorable. Se encuentra en una callecita muy tranquila, pero muy cerca hay grandes avenidas y a 10 minutos andando de les Champs. Además la estación de Metro Madeleine (a 2 minutos andando) conecta con todas las zonas a visitar.

Commenti : There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room which would have been a very welcome sight. However, after reading the information sheet placed on the table (quite a while later), we could have collected a kettle from the reception for our free use. We were not sure whether this meant that we would have been given a tray containing all we needed to have a drink; would we have been charged for the tea, coffee, sugar and milk or had to buy everything from a shop. So being British, we went without! Perhaps a sentence could be added on the information sheet to clarify the situation.
