Commenti : it was our 1st stay in paris and it was so lovely to be greeted with such helpful and friendly staff who were most accomadating with maps and advice without them we would have been lost! the room was fantastic, we wer un[graded to a superior suit for the same price which was such a nice touch!the rooms were very clean and tidy everyday. the only downfall was the sound of the metro which ran under the hotel but we forgot about that!we will def be returning!

Commenti : The gentleman on reception on our arrival was not very welcoming. However, another gentleman was on reception over the weekend of our stay and he was very helpful and polite. We had a room for 4 people which was very spacious by Paris standards but was off the stairwell and we could hear staff preparing for breakfast service in the mornings which was not ideal. All up, it worked out very well and I would stay at this hotel again.
