Commenti : Room are to small for families. Also the rooms into the innercourt are very dark and should be mentioned if you do online reservation. The price for this kind of view is to high.

Commenti : The Family rooms are to small and if your guest stays for 3 nights it would be nice to have a room with a view. If your family rooms are only with limited view, it should be marked at the reservation or at least when we receipt the online confirmation.

Commenti : A lovely welcoming hotel. so near to Gare du Nord. We did not stay for breakfast preferrring to use the great choice of bars and restauranst available. We wuld definately stay again.

the receptioniste was not kind, the feeling was, every question is to much, no eye contact.
The lift was very small
The keybord of the computer did not work well, the help for wich we asked was not good.
The rooms and faccilities were good .

Commenti : We had a good stay, however the bedding does need to be updated and the sink did not drain that well, which suprised us being that we were on the top floor. I do think that they should include breakfast for the price. We stayed at others in Europe for less and it included the breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel for two reasons. 1. It is near the two Railway stations and the metro. 2. I was not overally overpriced.

Commenti : The female receptionists were poor. One receptionist was constantly calling with relatives or friends in a foreign language, even when you were standing on the reception desk. When I wanted to make up the bill, another receptionist made me feel that she really did not had the time to do this.
