Commenti : When we checked into our room we found it hadn't yet been cleaned, so we were given another room immediately, which we appreciated, and ultimately turned out to be better than the room we were first given. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and one of them actually called American Airlines on our behalf and then called us back while we were waiting in the Paris metro to tell us which terminal we needed to catch our flight home.

Commenti : Very nice and very clean. i love this area in Paris. Very convinient and good transportation. Room ais a little small but this is paris. my luggage was in hotel a day prior my arrival 9from another hotel) and when I came to hotel very late evening and very tiered all my bags already been in my room. I didn't try breacfast i think it could be less cost or complimentary. Hotel is not cheap but we had a breakfast next door cafe . All personal very friendly and helpful. The last morning before departure they arranged our shuttle to the airport. I will stay at this hotel again and again.

All of the others at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. we would definitely return to the hotel. Really liked the location and the people.

Commenti : Ce fut un séjour inoubliable.Mr Moustafa à l'accueil est un gentleman et toute l'équipe est très accueillante. L'hôtel est situé près de tout et ca on l'a apprécié. Paris est indéniablement une ville superbe et avis à tous une semaine ce n'est pas assez...

Commenti : We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room considering it was Paris (we'd always heard the rooms were tiny). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also liked that it was so close to a Metro stop. Appreciated the champagne the hotel gave us for our anniversary.
Only suggestions are a small dresser or shelves for clothing (besides the top of the closet) and shower doors or curtains rather than the partial door so water will stay off the floor.
We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again if/when we go to Paris.

Commenti : A nice little hotel on the southern tip of the Luxembourg gardens. My room was very small but comfortable and clean with a modern flat screen TV and a nice bed. Definately up a good notch from the 2 star hotels I usually book. The bathroom was clean with a modern shower and room enough to move, which for Paris is relatively rare. The price seems to vary a lot by the season.

Commenti : Not value for money if booked at full price. Otherwise good, room felt very 'new' (carpets & furniture). Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more carefully. Apart from that all good!

Commenti : Pour la deuxième fois, j'oublie un truc dans cet hôtel. A chaque fois, impeccable, le personnel m'appelle, me prévient et me facilite la vie pour récupérer ce que j'ai oublié! Vraiment cool!
